Occidental At Xcaret Destination, Xcaret Park

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The proximity to Xcaret Park was fantastic, making it easy to explore, and the natural surroundings provided a calming atmosphere. However, the rooms were not soundproof, which made for some noisy nights when neighbors were talking late. Additionally, the dining options weren't impressive, with limited variety and cold dishes. Overall, there's great potential, but some areas need improvement.
